(Supplied: NSW Police)A police source said one of the juveniles joked about eluding Victorian police before being apprehended by NSW Police at Bondi Junction.Later on Thursday, NSW Police charged the teenage driver with a number of offences, including two counts of police pursuit — not stop — drive dangerously as well as exceeding more than 45 km/h in a class A motor vehicle. The passengers in the car have been charged with being carried in a conveyance without owner's consent."It's very concerning that there are those who think stealing cars is effectively a joke," Inspector Adam Solah said. "NSW Police don't treat it as such … it was dangerous to the young persons themselves."Police allege the group threw a headrest, floor mats and other items from the car and filmed themselves at high speed while being pursued by officers through several inner-city suburbs.From there, probationary constables on their first day on the job apprehended two boys, both 14, and two girls aged 12 and 17.A white Mazda CX3 at the scene in Bondi Junction.
